Within the Finance team, the Internal Auditor plays a key role in strengthening our control environment, continuously improving our processes, and proactively managing risks. This role reports to the Corporate Controller and the incumbent actively contributes to the evolution of our ERP (NetSuite) by supporting users, optimizing processes, creating documentation, providing training, and participating in integration and implementation projects.

Your day-to-day
1) Internal Control & Audit
- Develop, maintain, and execute the internal audit plan.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Analyze, document, and recommend improvements to operational processes.
- Identify risks, formulate pragmatic recommendations, and support teams in implementing action plans.
- Write clear audit reports to present to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support the annual financial statement audit: coordination, information gathering, document preparation, and responding to requests from external auditors.
2) ERP (NetSuite) – Support, Continuous Improvement & Integrations
- Act as the point of contact for questions, incidents, and enhancement requests related to NetSuite.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes within the ERP (diagnosis, proposals, testing, deployment).
- Produce and maintain documentation (procedures, user guides, key controls, audit trails).
- Provide training and support to users (best practices, standardization).
- Participate in implementation / integration projects (e.g., expense accounts, new modules, new acquisitions, interfaces, automations).
Your qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in audit (internal and/or external).
- In-depth knowledge of an ERP (NetSuite is a significant asset).
- High level of rigor, attention to detail, and ability to structure information.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
- Bilingual (French/English).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in process improvement (Lean, control optimization, automation).
- Knowledge of ITGC controls
- Experience in ERP projects: integrations, migrations, master data management, access management.
