We are currently looking for a dynamic and strategic salesperson to join the Stingray Advertising US team as a Senior Sales Executive. This is a key individual contributor role, reporting directly to the CRO, focused on driving revenue by acting as a trusted advisor to top advertising agencies. Leveraging your deep network within the New York City/ US agency landscape, you will help clients capitalize on the growing in-store retail media movement and solidify Stingray’s position as the North American leader in audio advertising.

Your day-to-day

  • Achieve quarterly + annual revenue targets with a focus on agency-based business development
    • Media
    • Shopper Marketing
    • Creative
    • PR
    • XM
  • Detailed account management duties, including:
    • Forecasting
    • Strategic Account Planning
    • CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
  • Constantly challenge the status quo to drive maximum value for customers
  • Leverage your existing network to build and nurture senior-level relationships across agencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative, data-driven proposals and in-store advertising solutions tailored to agency and client needs
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and internal weekly status meetings
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Stingray Advertising at industry conferences, trade events, and client meetings to expand our network and market presence

Your qualifications

  • 8+ years digital media sales experience (past audio adverting sales experience a definite asset)
  • Senior level relationships with media agencies and direct clients in US market
  • Consistent track-record of achieving budget
  • Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative solutions with a focus on in-store executions
  • Organizational agility and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional oral + written communicator, must be a strong presenter
  • Team-player
  • Exceptional time management
  • Confidence in presenting ideas with impact
  • Ability to use data, research and insights to build proposals and justify recommendations
  • Must have great interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate professionally within all levels of the
  • organization
  • Diploma and/or degree, post-grad certification in Media or Advertising an asset
