We are currently looking for a VP IVI Sales to join our US sales team.
As VP of IVI Sales, you will be the driving force behind our quarterly opportunity and revenue targets. You will spearhead the prospecting of new clients—specifically Auto OEMs, Tier 1 providers, and strategic partners—while operationalizing existing deals. Working closely with internal teams across Business, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance, you will create and deliver innovative sales solutions across the Stingray multiplatform music ecosystem (including Streaming Apps, Auto OEM, and Autonomous Vehicle Companies).

Location: Remote (Home office) with bi-weekly travel obligations
Your day-to-day
- Drive Revenue & Prospecting: Achieve quarterly Opportunity & Revenue targets by prospecting and developing new clients (Auto OEMs, Tier 1, Partners).
- Operationalize Deals: Support and operationalize existing deals and partnerships from an operational technical perspective. Interact with Stingray Ops and IT to advance deals and support existing customers.
- Process & Customer Experience: Support the development of scalable operational sales processes to optimize customer experiences and ensure the consistent delivery of a best-in-class customer experience.
- Innovative Solutions: Work closely with internal teams (Business, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance) to support the ideation and operationalization of new global deals and strategic partnerships. Deliver new and innovative solutions across the Stingray multiplatform music ecosystem, including Streaming Apps, Auto OEM, and Autonomous Vehicle Companies.
- Global Expansion: Liaise with regional Stingray teams to support the growth of new revenue in priority global markets, including N. America, EUR, APAC, and LATAM.
- Strategic Account Management: Develop account strategies that drive long-term revenue growth and RMR. Maintain exceptional working relationships with strategic partners.
- Sales Leadership & Pipeline Management: Oversee forecasting, strategic account planning, CRM, and sales pipeline management.
- Technical & Project Management: Lead technical evaluations, solutions management, RFP management, project management, and materials creation.
- Global Communication: Utilize messaging apps required for non-English regions (WeChat, DingDing, Lark).
- Brand Advocacy & Prospecting: Actively prospect and create online posts, including weekly use of LinkedIn, trade associations, and Canadian Consulate support.
- Culture & Ambassadorship: Constantly challenge the status quo to drive maximum value for OEM partners. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and internal weekly status meetings. Be an ambassador for the business at all times.
Your qualifications
- 10+ years of digital media experience, ideally with a strong focus on CTV, OTT, and the Automotive sector.
- Established, senior-level relationships with media and OEM clients.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required; an MBA or post-graduate certification in Media/Advertising is strongly preferred.
- The ability to conceptualize and deliver creative solutions, with a focus on storytelling across multiple screens, devices, and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data, research, and insights to build proposals and justify recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English (Bilingualism is a strong asset).
- Organizational agility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle a heavy workload while mediating demands with true solutions.
- A self-motivated, team-player mentality with pride in taking ownership of projects.
