We are currently looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join our Traffic team! This position reports to the Director of Traffic.
This person is responsible for scheduling commercials to air on radio stations. If you enjoy doing puzzles or playing Tetris, this may be the job for you!
Your day-to-day
- Prepare daily logs for up to five radio stations
- Reconcile daily logs and investigate discrepancies when required
- Work with other traffic team members to provide advice and establish best practices
- Collaborate with Sales Managers on features and inventory control
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of commercials
- Work with the programmers to execute changing or updating formats
- Work with Program Directors to maintain synced traffic & music logs
- Assist Account Executives with WideOrbit orders when needed
Your qualifications
- Must have experience in media, specifically radio or television
- Must have extensive working knowledge of WideOrbit and Playlist Editor software
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must possess strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based and constantly changing environment
- Excel in a multi-deadline environment
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
