Not to be confused with directing traffic, this person is responsible for scheduling commercials to air on radio stations. If you enjoy doing puzzles or playing Tetris, this may be the job for you!

Stingray – a leading global music, media and technology force – has an immediate opening for a full-time Traffic Coordinator. This position aligns with the Atlantic Time zone but is open to candidates located anywhere Stingray Radio has an office.

 

Your day-to-day

  • Prepare daily logs for up to five radio stations
  • Reconcile daily logs and investigate discrepancies when required
  • Work with other traffic team members to provide advice and establish best practices
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers on features and inventory control
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of commercials
  • Work with Program Directors to maintain synced traffic & music logs
  • Assist Account Executives with WideOrbit orders when needed

Your qualifications

  • Must possess strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based and constantly changing environment
  • Excel in a multi-deadline environment
  • Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Experience with radio traffic would be beneficial
  • Demonstrates unwavering integrity and professionalism
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, embracing new technologies and tools with enthusiasm
