Our Sales and Marketing team is currently looking for a candidate to fill the position of Tech Sales Specialist. Reporting to the VP Sales Operations, the incumbent will perform a variety of tasks including sales support and liaising with a cross-functional team, as well as meeting certain administrative and operational needs.

Your day-to-day

  • IT & Product Liaison:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure seamless execution of projects
    • Collect partner requirements and work with Product/IT teams to ensure they are met
    • Create business requirement documents, track product definition changes, develop product presentations.
    • Contribute to project prioritization
    • Ensure project timelines and deliverables are respected and align with client expectations
    • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure customer feedback is integrated into future product enhancements
    • Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to develop comprehensive dashboards and reporting of key metrics for internal purposes and for partners
  • Sales:
    • Work closely with Sales and IT throughout the sales cycle: support sales pitches, identify adequate tech solutions for partners, coordinate on-boarding efforts, provide post-launch support to partners
    • Prospect, identify and engage with potential clients, including automotive manufacturers
    • Present and demonstrate our infotainment solutions to prospective clients
    • Create and maintain financial models, projections, and conduct data analysis to guide strategic decision-making
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with industry professionals
    • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional tools and sales materials
    • Research industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the gaming and automotive infotainment space
  • General Support:
    • Work closely with the Account leads and other team members
    • Create sales presentations and materials
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions for sales campaign development
    • All other related tasks

Your qualifications

  • University degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience in sales, particularly in the automotive, gaming or technology industries
  • Fluently bilingual (English and French)
  • Strong project management skills and experience liaising with IT teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
