We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join the Stingray Advertising Canada team. Based out of Toronto or Montreal, this position reports directly to the Senior Vice-President, Stingray Advertising North America.

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will work directly with the Canadian retail media sales team to support the generation of advertising revenue across the national Stingray Advertising RMN. You are a sales-support machine, organized like no other, and take pride in completing projects on-time, and with a smile You have the ability to manage projects from ideation to execution, and your passion for music, retail media and sales shines through in everything you do.

Your day-to-day

  • Support the Stingray Advertising Canada sales team with pre + post sales management projects
  • Lead creative audio + video ad production from start to finish in partnership with the seller(s)
  • Oversee the development + production of in-store sales collateral (Proof of Performance videos)
  • Manage brand approval process with Ad Operations, retailer partners and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with trade marketing team to maintain updated sales decks, sponsorship packages, and pitches
  • Maintain updated contact lists in Salesforce CRM
  • Work in partnership with Finance and Ad Operations on monthly sales reconciliation and invoicing
  • Support the overall development of scalable operational sales processes to always ensure a best-in-class customer experience
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and internal weekly departmental meetings
  • Support SVP and other departmental leads on projects as they arise

Your qualifications

  • Diploma and/or degree, post-grad certification with an emphasis on media, marketing, project management, and sales coordination
  • 3+ years of relevant experience that demonstrates a knowledge and understanding of the advertising and media industry
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Project management certification a definite asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce and/or other related CRMs
  • Organizational agility with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use data, research and insights to justify recommendations
  • Bilingual (English and French) an asset
  • Thrives under pressure and within tight deadlines
