The connective tissue between our data, our teams, our retailers and our clients is the Research & Insights team that powers the connections, turning complex data into clear and compelling stories. We are looking for a Research Analyst based in the G.T.A. who can be that connective tissue, using deep data analysis to match our in-store audio network with our clients’ target audiences.
In this role, you are more than an analyst; you are a strategist and a storyteller. You will dive into rich datasets to uncover the “who, what, and why” behind our listener behavior. Your insights will directly empower our sales team to build undeniable, data-driven cases for clients, proving that our network is the most effective way to reach their desired consumers.

Your day-to-day
- Synthesize & Analyze: Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources (including Circana, Nielsen, Leger etc.) to build a comprehensive understanding of our retailers shoppers.
- Translate & Storytell: Transform complex data and statistical findings into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for the sales team and external clients.
- Client Matching: Develop and refine data-driven models that identify the strongest alignment between our listener profiles and the target consumers of prospective clients.
- Create Sales Tools: Design and build impactful sales materials, including reports, presentations, and data visualizations, that vividly illustrate the value proposition of our audio network.
- Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to expert on audience data, providing strategic guidance and insights that inform sales strategy and client proposals.
Your qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, media planning, digital marketing, or marketing strategy roles.
- Direct experience with CPG or retail analytics and syndicated data sources (e.g., Circana, Nielsen).
- Strong analytical skills in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies; you can translate insights into action.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential. Experience with data visualization tools (like Tableau or Power BI) is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Degree or post-grad certification in Media, Advertising, or a related field is an asset.
