At Stingray, creativity, collaboration, and innovative technology are at the core of our DNA. Are you ready to rock your career by joining a fast-growing company and a team of music enthusiasts in a stimulating and fun work environment?
We are currently looking for a Project Manager – Acquisition Integration to lead integration projects and the integration roadmap for multiple acquisitions in parallel. In this role, the Project Manager will coordinate enterprise IT integration projects in direct collaboration with the teams involved, while working closely with acquisition sponsors and directors from other divisions to structure and drive the onboarding and delivery of engineering projects within their teams. This position reports to the Unit Director – Enterprise IT, Cybersecurity, and Business Systems.
If you’re a leader who knows how to build relationships of trust and your goal is to have a tangible impact on the company’s sustained growth, we need you!
Your day-to-day
- Own the post-acquisition integration strategy and roadmap: structure the integration plan, define phases, dependencies, budgets, and timelines
- Work upstream with the M&A team to contribute to integration project planning and prepare the post-acquisition execution plan
- Lead a multi-project portfolio: manage multiple integrations in parallel, arbitrate priorities with sponsors, manage risks, maintain the roadmap, and communicate project status effectively
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams from both the acquired company and Stingray to assess synergies and engineering capabilities, then facilitate stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and the development of an integration roadmap
- Directly coordinate initiatives involving multiple technical teams and business units (Infrastructure, ITSM/Helpdesk, Security, Finance, HR, Legal, Product), acting as an end-to-end “orchestra conductor”
- Partner with the Cybersecurity Project Manager to ensure security requirements are integrated into the integration plan: risk identification, mitigation prioritization, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Leverage AI to accelerate planning, communication, risk management, and documentation
Your qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience in project or program management (PMO, transformation, integration)
- Strong foundation in IT services / infrastructure / operations (ITSM, helpdesk, endpoints, identity, network, cloud/on-prem)
- Good understanding of cybersecurity challenges (risk management, compliance, security practices)
- Proven experience delivering complex initiatives end-to-end: budget, schedule, risk management
- Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify and translate technical issues into business impacts
- Comfortable with management tools (e.g., Jira, MS suite) and producing roadmaps and executive dashboards
- Fluent in French and English
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in M&A and integration management
- Experience in multi-company / multi-site environments
- Motivating leadership; ability to navigate a dynamic environment, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, political savvy, and ease working with executive stakeholders
