Stingray, Halifax has an exciting opportunity for a part time Finance Coordinator – approximately 15 hours per week.
Your day-to-day
- Report to and work closely with Business Manager in Halifax
- Billing/Invoicing duties
- Accounts Receivable duties
- Processing Credit Applications
- Other duties as required
Your qualifications
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills
- Meet tight deadlines
- Conscientious, dependable and detail oriented
- Keenly analytical mind with strong strategic abilities
- A team player
- Have excellent people skills, professional attitude & appearance
- A positive, friendly manner and a customer service approach that will enable the successful candidate to deal with challenging situations with empathy & sincerity
