We are currently looking for a National Orders & Continuity Coordinator to join our team! This position reports to the National Orders & Continuity Supervisor.

We are looking for someone who loves details and comfortable communicating with both internal team members, outside sales peoples and agencies. While the preferred location for this role is Atlantic Canada and working hours will follow the Atlantic Time Zone, the position may be based in any region where Stingray maintains an office. Your day-to-day

  • Entering orders for our national sales team
  • Coordinating with our traffic teams when inventory gets tight
  • Scheduling and dubbing in produced audio provided by agencies
  • Submitting scripts to local production teams provided by agencies for client approval
  • Prioritizing workloads based on time zones as we work with stations from coast to coast

Your qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Wide Orbit, Radio Workflow and Adobe Audition with the ability to apply these tools in day-to-day tasks
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience supporting a creative or traffic team in radio, with the ability to demonstrate understanding of scheduling, workflows or campaign deliveries
