Our Customer Support (Business Division) team, based in Montreal, is currently looking for a Junior Technical Supervisor who is motivated by a constantly evolving environment. You will be the go-to technical escalation point for our team of Customer Support Specialists (Level 1), responsible for resolving a high volume of complex requests related to our digital signage platforms. If you excel at problem-solving, are known for your organizational skills, and can stay on track in the heat of the moment, we want to meet you!

 

Your day-to-day

  • Take ownership of and drive the resolution for a high volume of support escalations (Level 2).
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalations and prepare Scope of Work (SOW) before dispatching technicians.
  • Independently investigate hardware and software issues, perform advanced troubleshooting of external players, SoC and LED screens, and manage firmware updates.
  • Actively contribute to improving our processes by creating and updating clear technical documentation to support the team.

Your qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an advanced technical support role (Level 2).
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting digital signage hardware (media players, commercial screens, SoC).
  • Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Direct experience with digital signage software (e.g., MagicInfo, Navori) is required.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential.

  • High degree of autonomy and proactivity: You are able to take initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of your cases.

  • Excellent stress and priority management: You can handle a large number of simultaneous requests without losing sight of the details, maintaining a calm and methodical approach.
  • Strong analytical skills and a desire to learn and master complex technologies.
