Our Montreal-based Customer Support team is currently seeking a Junior Technical Supervisor with a background in digital signage technology. You will be the go-to expert for resolving our clients’ most complex Level 2 technical issues related to our state-of-the-art digital signage platforms. Your day-to-day
- Handle second-level support escalations from commercial clients for issues related to digital signage players, commercial displays, video walls, and related hardware, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Investigate, diagnose, and solve hardware, software, and network issues specific to digital signage.
- Assist in coordinating technician dispatches for on-site service, tracking progress, and documenting outcomes.
- Create and update detailed documentation and knowledge base articles to help the entire team.
Your qualifications
Hard Skills
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an advanced technical support role (Level 2)
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting digital signage hardware, including media players, commercial displays, and System-on-Chip (SoC) screens.
- A solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) as they apply to digital signage
- Direct experience with digital signage software (e.g., MagicInfo, Navori, or similar platforms) is required.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
