We are currently seeking a Receptionist for a maternity leave replacement contract. This is a full-time-temporary, in-office position based at our Montreal office. In this role, you are the director of first impressions and a key player in our daily operations.

Your day-to-day

  • Be the Ambassador of Stingray: As the first person our guests, partners, and employees meet, you will provide a warm, professional, and memorable welcome experience.
  • Master of Communications: You will manage our multi-line phone system with efficiency and grace, directing calls to the right people across the organization.
  • Logistics Coordinator: You will be the go-to person for organizing the details that make our office run smoothly, including:
    • Coordinating internal and external meetings, events, and client accommodations.
    • Arranging business travel, including flights, hotels, and car services.
    • Managing the inventory and ordering of office supplies.
  • Operational Hub: You will manage all incoming and outgoing mail and shipments (FedEx, couriers) and provide crucial administrative support to various departments, ensuring a high level of service across the company.

Your qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a client service role. Experience with corporate travel booking is a strong asset.
  • Bilingualism: You are fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Poise Under Pressure: You remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented, even when the pace picks up.
  • Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • Initiative: You are resourceful, proactive, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: You are available and flexible to work evenings and during holiday periods as needed.
