Stingray, a leading global music, media, and technology company, seeks a passionate, experienced Digital Sales Coordinator to join our fun, creative, and energetic team as a full-time professional based in Toronto.
At Stingray, we aim to deliver the best digital offerings to our clients. We offer a full range of products, including programmatic display and video, connected TV, digital out-of-home, social, and search engine marketing solutions.
Your day-to-day
- Liaise between sales reps, the digital campaign team, and sales managers
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations
- Assist in onboarding new orders
- Conduct regular campaign reviews to ensure the accounts are running to expectations
- Flag account performance issues and work with the teams involved to resolve
- Create reporting solutions
- Attend client reporting calls and support the Sales Strategist on these calls
Your qualifications
- Expert-level use of Excel and PowerPoint applications
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage work with multiple teams and personnel
- Experience in digital media planning
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms including Google Search, Meta, Programmatic Display & Video, Digital Out of Home & Connected TV
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven strategic recommendations
