We are looking for a Creative Account Manager – Financial & Banking Digital Signage to join our business team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts within the financial sector, developing creative strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of digital signage solutions that meet our clients’ objectives.
Your day-to-day
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts within the financial sector.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, objectives, and target audience.
- Collaborate with clients to conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging content strategies for digital signage displays.
- Work closely with our creative team to produce high-quality content that aligns with clients’ brand guidelines and messaging.
- Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of content across digital signage networks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital signage campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to existing clients.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the digital signage industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of the financial industry and the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Highly creative with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
