We are currently looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our fun, creative and energetic Ontario sales team! This position is based in Stingray’s downtown Toronto location, and reports to the Senior Director of Sales, Ontario.
The Client Success Specialist is the ultimate connector. We’re looking for a dynamic and organized professional to be the vital link between our Media Sales Strategists, our valued clients, and our talented internal teams. If you’re passionate about building strong relationships and ensuring every client has a stellar experience, we want you on our team!
Your day-to-day
- Liaising between Media Sales Strategists, clients and Stingray’s internal teams
- Directing successful onboarding of new clients
- Coordinating client contracts and financial procedures
- Managing creative messaging coordination across platforms
- Overseeing the effective launch of media campaigns
- Interacting with clients to ensure Stingray maintains a high level of customer service
- Assisting in campaign review to ensure maximum campaign performance
- Contributing to Stingray client retention and growth strategies
- Supporting sales leadership in driving operational success
Your qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a role that blends project management, client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive in seeking solutions where opportunity presents itself.
- Experience working in a fast paced, high-change environment, with a diverse team dynamic.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with business leaders and internal constituents to maximize client success.
- A service focused mindset with experience in conflict resolution.
- Strong understanding of media advertising landscape and its various platforms including Broadcast Radio, Streaming, Google Search, Meta, Programmatic Display & Video, Digital Out of Home and Connected TV
- Knowledge regarding media planning and campaign execution.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
- Comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems and campaign management platforms with an interest in learning new tools.
