Become our AI Adoption Leader and drive Stingray’s transformation. Your mission? Promote the adoption and integration of generative AI tools across the organization. As Stingray is at the forefront of using and deploying AI technologies, your role will primarily focus on managing internal adoption and optimizing these innovative tools, while leading our specialized full-stack development team. 

You will report directly to the VP of Operations, IT and supervise a team of 3 to 5 developers. On a daily basis, you will be under the direction of our CTO and the VP of Innovation and AI. 

Your day-to-day

  • AI Ambassador: Promote the use of AI solutions and highlight their transformative impact on our employees’ work experience
  • Training and Support: Design and deliver engaging training programs to enable all employees to fully leverage our AI tools
  • User Engagement: Lead user groups, gather feedback, and actively engage with employees to continuously evolve our AI solutions based on their needs
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement by leveraging AI to foster innovation and productivity in a dynamic, agile, and fast-paced environment
  • ROI Tracking: Monitor and report ROI estimates to prioritize highly profitable opportunities, focusing on value creation and rapid decision-making in an ever-changing technology landscape
  • Project Portfolio Management: Lead and prioritize projects for the development team, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and the integration of high-value AI features. Ensure quality of deployed projects
  • Team Management: Mentor, supervise, and optimize the work of a development team. Actively participate in discussions, generating ideas for innovative products and guiding their implementation to ensure successful development and deployment of AI tool

Your qualifications

  • Proven experience in user training, support, and technology leadership, ideally in the software product domain
  • Perfectly bilingual (English-French), both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and encourage the adoption of new technologies within an organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work in synergy with technical teams to guide product development strategy
  • Overflowing passion for AI, particularly generative AI, and a willingness to stay at the forefront of technological advancements
  • Significant experience in project management and team leadership
