As an Account Coordinator you will assist the account management team with their daily tasks as well as work on bigger long-term projects. This is an entry level role, ideal for a candidate looking to develop within the organization over the next 3-5 years. The role reports directly to the Account Management Team Lead.
Please note that this position can be based out of our Montreal or Boisbriand office.
Your day-to-day
Assist Account Managers & Account Executives with daily tasks including:
- Order processing
- Tracking orders
- Content Requests
- Account Maintenance
Work with clients on:
- Outbound connectivity calls
- Email requests
- Working with smaller accounts
Your skills and qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
- Organized with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work autonomously but also as a part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
- Solution oriented

- Previous client facing work experience
