We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager located in London, UK,  to join our Sales and Marketing team for Europe, Africa and Asia. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention, loyalty and growth.  You will work closely with customers to drive satisfaction across all service touchpoints and you will work closely with internal stakeholders including our creative services team, content curators and technology team.

Your day-to-day

  • Act as a POC for external parties managing the marketing/communication channel with new/existing partners
  • Interact daily with internal and external stakeholders to keep them updated with ongoing projects statuses and performance
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction through daily interactions with assigned accounts & liaising internally for pending actions
  • Manage the relationship and expectations of the client by taking into account their priorities and ensuring that the highest quality standards are met
  • Report project statuses to Head of Marketing and plan effectively for monthly project and revenue targets in coordination with other team members
  • Discuss new features, products & processes that could enhance customers satisfaction and drive revenues
  • Measure and track the customers’ satisfaction and develop action plans to work on weakness areas using data
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to support client and sales initiatives including oversight of launch campaigns and long term success
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to create content and promotional tools
  • Review data and analytics in order to advise on actions that increase revenues
  • Build compelling marketing decks and clear creative briefs
  • Review and develop user acquisition strategies with a focus on conversion, engagement and revenues
  • Research and plan tradeshows and events in line with company objectives
  • Create an online presence and engage with our online community where required
  • Embrace AI to optimize workflows and maximize the quality of service delivery

Your qualifications

  • University degree in marketing, business or other related discipline
  • Strong communication skills with a client-centric approach to solution-selling
  • Fluent in English and one additional language: Spanish, French, German, Dutch is an asset
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot
  • Thorough understanding of creative and production processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Self-motivated and self-starter

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • Experience working in the field of television or managing content from television channels
  • Experience in the, mobile, or tech industry
