Stingray, Red Deer has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Finance Administrator. Approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Your day-to-day
- Report and work closely with Business Managers in Alberta and BC
- Processing of Accounts Payable
- Billing/Invoicing duties
- Some Accounts Receivable duties
- Processing Credit Applications
- Other duties as required
Your qualifications
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills
- Meet tight deadlines
- Conscientious, dependable and detail oriented
- Organization and time management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities
- A team player
- Have excellent people skills, professional attitude & appearance
- A positive, friendly manner and a customer service approach that will enable the successful candidate to deal with challenging situations with empathy & sincerity
